A Formal Update from Landmark Homes

We are on a mission to offer safety & convenience to our valued customers. To better serve you, we have adjusted our showhome availability to accommodate longer hours and more flexibility on a one-on-one appointment basis.

  • Our front-line staff will practice the following social distancing, greeting and qualifying questions to ensure health, safety and comfort for both customers and our staff:
  1. A safe 2-metre social distancing between any individuals who we come into contact with.
  2. Thorough cleaning and sanitization of hands and hard surfaces upon customer arrival & post customer visit between appointments.
  3. Sales will greet customers prior to their appointment with simple questions, such as “how are you feeling today?”, “have you travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days?” or “have you been in contact with someone who has?”

As we globally face the COVID-19 together, we want to address the changes we have recently implemented to ensure the safety of our workplace environment, employees, valued clients and their families. These are the following steps we have taken internally to protect our employees, trade partners and clients:

  • We have proactively arranged employees to work from home and have ensured everyone is properly equipped with all the tools required be productive remotely, if their job allows.
  • We are in complete support of our team members with children who are affected by the closing of schools and daycares. We have implemented a relief program for our employees who are directly affected by the stress of the current situation.
  • We have enforced a mandatory 14-day self-isolation to those who have recently returned from outside of Canada, have been exposed to anyone who has shown symptoms or traveled outside of the country.
  • We have equipped all of our showhomes with the thorough cleaning necessary, multiple times a day. Daily sanitization is currently far beyond our regular standards to keep the work environment safe and healthy.
  • All our internal meetings and communications are now conducted remotely & digitally.

Our top priority is to ensure the well-being of our employees and clients during this outbreak, and we are responding accordingly. During this time, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by (COVID-19) and we are putting our best efforts in supporting our customers.
