What to Expect at the Design Studio!
Ingeva is our exclusive Landmark Homes in-house design studio that gives you the luxury of selecting every element of your interior, all in one place!
Every new Landmark Home is customizable to suit your lifestyle and design aesthetic. From floorplan to interior finishes, we’re here to make your dream home a reality. The process is exciting and creating your perfect home is important to us. Every new Landmark homeowner gets to choose from thousands of combinations of cabinets, backsplash, countertops, flooring, lighting, and paint.
Once you’ve financially secured your new home, (paid your minimum 5 percent down and attained your final mortgage approval)–you are design studio ready! We book your appointment to visit our in-house Invega Design Studio. From there, our professional Interior Designers will guide you every step of the way!
Upon your design studio visit, we encourage you to bring interior inspiration! Whether it be a paint chip, your favourite home website to reference, an HGTV episode or a show home 3D tour–our designers are there to bring your vision to life.
A typical design appointment takes approximately 4 hours and consists of one-on-one time with one of our talented, experienced Interior Designers. They will walk you through interior design selections within your budget for your new home and review the costs that will solidify your final purchase price.
Let’s talk standards and upgrades, because all Landmark Homes have high standards. This means you can customize your home with our standard colour selections at no extra cost. If you choose to upgrade your interior finishes, there are different levels of upgrades! For example, a level 1 selection is one level higher than the standard selection, a level 4 selection is four levels higher than your standard options. The higher the level, the more the upgrade costs per square foot. Keep in mind, if you spend over your projected design budget, you can pay cash at closing with your lawyer or refinance your mortgage amount to account for the extra upgrades you selected.
