About Landmark Homes

Landmark Homes began in 1977 when founder Reza Nasseri built the first Landmark home with a simple commitment: build better homes, deliver lasting value and strengthen the communities around them.

That commitment continues today. Landmark Homes combines thoughtful design, precision building practices and ongoing research and development to create high-quality, energy-efficient homes for Edmonton families. From attached and detached garage homes to duplexes, townhomes and Net Zero homes, innovation has remained central to how we build.

Over nearly five decades, Landmark has built more than 20,000 homes. Behind every home is a family, and that is the legacy that continues to shape the way we design, build and serve our customers.
