To all Landmark homeowners,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Landmark has temporarily suspended all warranty work with the exception of emergencies* until further notice. We need to ensure that the health of our staff, trade partners and homeowners is not jeopardized and that we are doing our part to help decrease the spread of the virus. Our warranty department is working remotely from their homes and will still be responding to emails and phone calls. The service technician will not be visiting any homes until given the clearance by Landmark Management. The only exception to this rule is if there is an emergency only he can rectify. He will call you to verify the emergency and if anyone is ill or has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days. Landmark thanks you for your understanding and patience in these unknowing times.

*Emergencies are for: No heat, no water, no power or and uncontrollable water leak. For gas leaks, please call your gas provider and exit your home.

Landmark Homes Warranty

We are proud to offer coverage from the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.* If defects are found in labour and materials (e.g. baseboards, flooring, fixtures), they are covered for one year. Distribution systems, such as heating, electrical and plumbing, are covered for two years. The building envelope, or the system of components that separate the controlled interior air from the exterior, (e.g. roof and exterior walls) are covered for five or seven years based on the home type. Structural aspects, like frame and foundation, are covered for ten years.
