This hospital will host 350-500 inpatients beds, diagnostic and ambulatory services, emergency care, mental health care and rehabilitation. In addition to this upcoming hospital, The Shoppes at Chappelle Crossing hosts a Family Medical Clinic, Diagnostic Imaging Clinic, Dermatology Clinic, and a community dental office.

Desrochers Villages just opened a brand-new state of the art Community Centre! Dr. Anne Anderson School and Community Centre just opened its doors in Fall 2021. The impressive new recreational centre hosts gymnasium space with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, elevated running track and rooms for rentals and programming, the Dr. Anne Anderson Community Centre will also host many great City of Edmonton recreation and arts programs that residents and members have come to appreciate.
