Once the site is prepared for new development, the creativity begins! You can choose to build & design a custom home from scratch with our talented drafting & design team or find a pre-designed home from one of our existing layouts. Every Landmark Home is customizable, if you choose to make small changes to an existing plan, that’s okay too!
Permitting & Zoning
Once you’re completely satisfied with your new home layout & design, we submit the appropriate zoning & permitting documents to the City on your behalf. A representative from the Landmark team will make an introduction to all neighbours that will be affected from the build. The neighbours will be aware of our demolition & framing schedule.
